The approved concept is refined into a detailed and buildable landscape design. Materials, grading, planting, irrigation, lighting, and other project elements are developed and coordinated as required.

Construction documents are then prepared to communicate the design clearly for pricing, permitting, and installation. When permits are necessary, Falcon Studio can help coordinate the landscape-related documentation and approval process.

Once the design and project scope are established, construction can begin. Falcon Studio coordinates the installation of hardscape, planting, irrigation, and other landscape elements, with close attention to design intent, craftsmanship, and material quality.

Throughout construction, we remain involved in design decisions and site coordination, helping ensure that the completed landscape reflects the vision developed during the design process.
